At Kingsmen.shoes, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help—subject to the terms outlined below.
This policy applies to both INR and USD orders, including domestic and international purchases, made online and offline.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging, box, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

The return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

A valid order confirmation or invoice is required
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

Customized or personalized shoes

Gift cards or vouchers
-
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
2. Return Process (Online & Offline)
To initiate a return or exchange:

Reason for return/exchange

Images/video of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Important Notes:

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

For India orders, a return shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable

For international orders, return shipping charges will vary and must be paid by the customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Email support@kingsmen.shoes with:

Order ID

Clear images/videos of the issue

Unboxing video is mandatory

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at no additional cost.
4. Quality Check & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection

Approval or rejection will be communicated via email

Kingsmen.shoes reserves the final right to accept or reject any return
5. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

We do NOT offer monetary refunds

Approved returns are refunded only as Store Credit

Store Credit is issued in the same currency as the order (INR or USD)

Shipping charges are not included in store credit

Return shipping charges (₹150 or equivalent) will be adjusted against store credit

Store Credit:

Cannot be encashed or transferred
-
Can be used online at https://kingsmen.shoes

Can be used offline at authorized Kingsmen.shoes stores

Is valid for 1 year from the date of issue

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style, subject to stock availability

If the requested replacement is unavailable:

Store Credit will be issued instead

Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility and process rules as returns
7. International Orders (USD)

International orders are eligible for return or exchange only if damaged or incorrect

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance
8. Processing Timeline

Return process may take 10–15 working days

Store Credit will be issued within 2–3 business days after quality check

Delays caused by courier companies or customs are not our responsibility
