Refund and Returns Policy

At Kingsmen.shoes, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return request must be made within 7–14 days (choose your preferred window) from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events (unless damaged or defective).

  • Customized or personalized shoes.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@kingsmen.shoes.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds.

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or style (if in stock).

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@kingsmen.shoes.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@kingsmen.shoes.com.
